  • We strongly advise that you follow the most up-to-date travel advice from the UK Foreign Office and register your presence to receive alerts and updates. You can access official guidance via the FCDO website.
  • It is also essential that passengers register their details in the Manage my Booking section of the airline website as they may contact passengers directly with alternative repatriation flights.

A limited number of flights are now beginning to depart the Middle East and we are actively working with carriers to secure impacted customers on these flights. It is extremely important that your customers monitor the airline apps and communications as flight confirmations may be given at short notice.
