GOLD MEDAL HOSTED 91 AGENTS ON FAM TRIPS OVER THE LAST THREE MONTHS

Since March 2025, Gold Medal, Pure Luxury, Cruise Plus and Incredible Journeys have hosted 15 agent Fam trips combined, for 91 attending agents to various destinations including Florida, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Ras Al Khaimah, Kuala Lumpur and Abu Dhabi.

 

FAM trips are an integral part of dnata Travel Groups UK B2B brands’ strategy and are built into their campaigns and throughout their marketing. The recent FAM trips were both incentive prizes from previous marketing campaigns, and solus trips for agencies to educate, thank and reward them for their exceptional business.

 

With an average of six agents per travelling FAM Trip, the B2B dnata Travel Group UK brands are ensuring their groups remain smaller in size so every agent has the opportunity to ask questions and enjoy the trip without the group feeling overcrowded. This also results in each FAM group forming close bonds and ultimately having a better experience.

 

One of the first of Gold Medal’s 2025 FAM trips travelled to Abu Dhabi and was the incentive prize from the brand’s Dubai & Arabia brochure launch campaign in 2024.
