AN INTRODUCTION TO THE WORLD OF TOURING: INCREDIBLE JOURNEYS WELCOME AGENTS TO THEIR FIRST EXCLUSIVE EVENT

Incredible Journeys, the specialist touring brand of dnata Travel Group B2B, officially
introduced their discerning agents to the world of touring and adventure on 4th July at their
exclusive event, hosted at Lancaster House in Preston. The event saw 30 plus agents from
across the country meet the Incredible Journeys experts; partake in marketplace training
sessions from hand selected touring partners; and experience an evening of destination inspired light dining, cocktails, prizes, and entertainment.

The jam-packed day began with an introduction from Gold Medal Marketing Director, Sarah
Lancashire, as the team welcomed agents to the flagship event.
Lancashire shared, “We are delighted to be welcoming our valued agents and suppliers to
our inaugural Incredible Journeys Exclusive Event. Today is all about celebrating our
network of agents and suppliers and providing insider access to all things touring”.
Following the introductions, agents had the opportunity to spend valuable time with key
partners of Incredible Journeys, including G adventures, Intrepid, and recently announced
new partners to Incredible Journeys - Not in the Guidebooks and Wendy Wu Tours.

Investing in agent training is imperative to the Incredible Journeys team. Lancashire
continued, “Events such as this are vital in building key relationships for the future, and
ensuring agents and suppliers have trust in the Incredible Journeys team. Our experts have
over 120 years combined travel experience to share, and we have a dedicated customer
service team, marketing and product team members to support the Incredible Journeys
brand.”

The evening continued on an adventure theme, accompanied by canapes and desserts, stilt
walkers and DJ. Agents were awarded with a variety of prizes, including the chance to win a
place on G Adventures FAM trip partnered with Incredible Journeys, to Vietnam, departing
this September.

All agents can also be in with a chance of securing a place on this Vietnam FAM trip, as this
latest Incredible Journeys incentive launched today to the whole network. Agents who make
a booking with Incredible Journeys will be eligible to win a place, while agents who make a
booking with Incredible Journeys and G Adventures will receive a double entry.
